Who is this “Alison”?

Alison Zatta is an L.A.-based writer, actor, producer, and amateur cat photographer (though she has aspirations of becoming a professional one someday).

Alison is a graduate of Georgetown University, where she received the Annabelle Bonner Medal for Short Fiction Writing. Her award-winning short film Girl Meets Roach screened at 40+ festivals worldwide and she recently completed another festival circuit with her script The Break-App (Winner, Copa Shorts Film Festival Screenwriting Competition; Finalist: Nashville Film Festival Screenwriting Competition, Oxford Film Festival Screenwriting Competition; Semi-Finalist, Omaha Film Festival Screenwriting Competition). Other favorite credits include the music video for P!nk’s F**kin’ Perfect directed by Dave Meyers and the title role in the DC area premiere of Sarah Ruhl’s Eurydice.

She often works with her brother, writer/director Christopher Zatta, of King Fish Productions. Former projects include the award-winning shorts Ambition of Love and Harvey's Dream; feature film At The Maple Grove; and the parody teaser promo "Amnesia Bachelor".

Alison co-created and produced Chriskirkpatrickmas: A Boy Band Christmas Musical with her writing partner Valen Shore. Their original musical comedy about the rise and pause of *NSYNC recently had its Off-West End debut after hugely successful Hollywood Fringe and Edinburgh Fringe runs and received five-star reviews from The Guardian and Broadway World, and a four-star review from Time Out. Together Valen and Alison are Pacey’s Creek.

Alison is also a co-creator and producer of the podcast Real Housewives of Dungeons & Dragons.
